Summary of Benefits

Medical Insurance
RVS has a PPO or a HDHP health plan available.

Dental Insurance
In-network preventive procedures are covered twice per year. 80% coverage for basic and 50% for major procedures.

Vision Insurance
VSP Vision Care covers an in-network exam every 12 months. Basic lenses every 12 months. Basic Frames every 24 months. Contact lenses can be chosen instead of glasses.

Flexible Spending Plan (FSA)
Employees have the option to set aside funds in a pre-tax account for eligible medical, dental, and vision expenses.

Vacation Time
Employees will accrue up to 96 hours per year (up to 153.60 for overnight CSP). Part-time employees working half-time or more will receive prorated vacation time.

Sick Time
Full-time employees will accrue up to 4 hours a month (up to 6.4 hours for overnight CSP).

Holidays
Apace recognizes 11 paid holidays per year.

Life Insurance
Basic Life Insurance plan provided by Apace at no cost to the employee. Eligible employees receive a benefit of 1x the employee’s annualized salary. Dependent coverage is also available.

Supplemental Life Insurance
Additional life insurance for the employee can be purchased in $10,000 increments up to $500,000. Dependent coverage also available.

Long Term Disability Insurance 
In the event of disability and an employee may no longer work due to disability. LTD provides employees with income protection of up to 60% of their salary.

Voluntary Life Insurance – Employees have the option to purchase additional life insurance for themselves or dependents.

Tuition Reimbursement
Employees may request tuition reimbursement, subject to RVS annual budget.

457(b) and Employer Match
Employees are eligible to contribute to the 457(b) upon hire. Apace will contribute up to 3% starting after 2 years of service and will match up to 100% of the first 3% of an employee’s contributions.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Best Care EAP is a confidential counseling service provided to Apace employees and their immediate family members at no cost to the employee.

Wellness Plan
Provides reimbursement of $50 per month to support the cost of participation in a wellness program.

Employee Retention
To encourage and recognize services to Apace.

Employee referral Document
The employee referral program is an opportunity to earn an incentive by referring friends and colleagues to apply for positions at Apace.

New Hire Incentive Program
The new hire incentive program helps recruit and retain employees with extra compensation at certain employment milestones.
