September 7-13 is Direct Support Professional Recognition Week, a time to celebrate the incredible individuals who provide essential support to people we support. DSPs are the heart of our mission, helping those we support live fulfilling, independent, and meaningful lives in their communities.
Our work is guided by five Core Values: Person-First, Integrity, Adaptability, Conviction, and Empowerment. These values are not just words on paper; they represent the principles we demonstrate every day in our commitment to the individuals and families we serve.
