For Dean, 2024 marked eight successful years of employment with Ace Hardware—a milestone he celebrates proudly with his 8-year pin. Beyond his regular tasks, Dean enjoys participating in special events and giving back to the community.
Dean joins the Ace Hardware float in the annual fair parade each year, walking behind it and tossing candy to the crowd. He’s also a star in Ace Hardware’s 12 Days of Christmas videos, enthusiastically helping promote gift giveaways on social media. Dean never shies away from the camera, always ready for a photo op.
Dean takes pride in being part of a company that values community. Whether it’s holding the jumbo check for a fundraiser donation or sharing a smile with customers, Dean loves being an “Ace Man,” a title he proudly claims as a badge of honor.
