Mindi Summers recently celebrated an incredible milestone, 15 years of service with the Jefferson County Extension Office. Recognized for her dedication and commitment, Mindi was presented with a plaque honoring her long-term involvement. With initial support from Apace, Mindi connected with the Extension Office and has continued her role ever since. She works one day each month, assisting with preparing newsletters for mailing at the Fairbury office. Beyond her work there, Mindi is actively involved throughout the community, volunteering at the local movie theater and helping with church events. Over the years, she has built lasting friendships and a strong sense of pride in her continued community involvement.
